Chicken Shack is a "really cluckin' good" charcoal rotisserie restaurant in Dundalk, built around one simple idea: the best bird in town, cooked over fire. The concept centres on a bespoke charcoal rotisserie oven, which the restaurant says is the only one of its kind in Ireland. The menu is short and focused, with rotisserie chicken, sambos and bowls made from fresh ingredients and bold flavours, plus family feasts for sharing. The brand is confident, playful and straight-talking. The fire and the food come first, and everything else stays simple.
